I do believe by saying 'ranks' you mean forum groups. I guess it's an idea, but still, I don't think those would be a necessity. I mean, if an event manager needs a recommendation or councelling they can easily ask one of the owners and/or the head admin or myself, yeah?
About the head moderator, I don't see the need for having that as well. If forum moderators are good (By saying that, I'm not implying I'm the best of moderators), why would they need to be supervised or tutored? Though if it's really needed, I guess a group like this could be created. Yet again, imo, I don't see the point of having one. :3
